Fee Payment

Fees are invoiced monthly and are withdrawn via EFT on the 1st of the month.

CWELCC and Eramosa Learning Academy

Eramosa Learning Academy has opted-in to the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) system. Reduced fees are available for all children in JK, SK, and grade 1 up to the month of turning 6 years old. For more information on CWELCC, click here.

Child Care Fee Subsidy

Registration & Non-Base Fees

Registration Fee

$25 per family

Due upon acceptance of offered space(s) for non-CWELCC families.

Fee Deposit

$200 per family

Refundable upon withdrawal with 30 days notice and no outstanding balance.

NSF Fee

$20 per transaction

Fees are due on the 1st of the month via EFT withdrawal from your bank account.

Late Pick-Up Fee

$5/flat for 1-5min + $1/min (5+min)

Due upon pick-up and paid to staff member staying past closing time.
