early learning supervisor, st. patrick early learning
$54,000.00-$58,000/annually

Under the direction of the General Manager, this position is responsible for the successful leadership and direct supervision of the St. Patrick's Early Learning Centre (Guelph); including all program rooms (licensed capacity 64), centre staff and students/volunteers. The Supervisor will mentor all staff in developing and facilitating emergent curriculum based on How Does Learning Happen? and exemplify the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice laid out by the College of Early Childhood Educators.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree

  • Registration in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Education

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a direct child care supervisory role

  • Up-to-date immunization records

  • Clear Criminal Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector (PVSC) within 6 months of hire.

  • Up-to-date Standard First Aid and CPR Level C

  • Food Handlers Certificate

SKILLS

  • Solid administrative and organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail
